List of Free VPS Providers [2015]

VPS stands for Virtual Private Server. It’s a virtual machine on which you can do almost anything you can do on your computer like installing applications, surfing the internet, and even drawing stupid things on paint.
But when you have all of this on your computer, why would you need a vps? –  maybe for hosting a website? storing your files ? … It all depends on your needs. Here’s a list of free vps I collected:

1. koding.com
VM Specs
1 GB RAM, 3GB Storage, 1 Core CPU (burstable). So much power!
SSH Access
Full SSH access to your box so you can still use your localhost to connect to your Koding VM.
sudo Access
Unrestricted root access to your box. Delete anything, update anything. You are in control.
Install anything
No restrictions on what you can and can not install. Try anything. Explore everything!
Public IPs
VMs come with publicly accessible IPs making it super easy to work with them.
Multiple VMs
Upgrading will get you the ability to create up to 5 VMs.
Always-on
If you want to, you can now have an always-on VM to run your blog, database or anything!
Great for
Development environments, code repositories, experimentation and small databases.
Custom domains and nicknames
Don’t like the machine name we picked, change it to something meaningful like ‘app-box-1’!
